Portable, lightweight oleophilic disc skimmer. Complete with Fastank, power pack and hoses. 3-in. fittings. 100 feet of hose. Rated at 12 metric tonnes/hour with crude oil and 2 metric tonnes/hour in gas/diesel oil. Throughput: 70 GPM. Derated capacity: 480 BPD (68 m3). Fastank temporary storage capacity is: 2,400 gal./57 bbl./9 m3. Packaged in K-3 container. |

Operational Considerations |

Small wheel mounted power pack cart with Spate pump allows versatile deployment and movement. One Fastank for recovered oil storage is included with each skimmer along with spare parts and tools. Skimmer cover provided for use in choppy seas which reduces water splash over. Operates in water depths as shallow as 9.5 in. 32 plastic discs driven by 2 hydraulic motors from a remote diesel hydraulic power pack. Discharge through a 3-in. line by a Spate 75C diaphragm pump mounted on the power pack. |
