Dispersant Transfer System

1.) For transfer from drums: 3-in. diaphragm diesel pump mounted on a cart with 4-port aluminum manifold. Four each 1-1/4-in. stinger pipes with valves and hoses (20 ft. each). Vibration damper and in-line strainer. Throughput: 85 GPM. 2.) For transfer from tanks: 3-in. centrifugal pump throughput 300 GPM. 3-in. suction hoses (95 ft. total). 20 ft. x 50 ft.berm system. Hose dollies for ease of movement. 3.) For pooling drums: (2 each) Canflex 3,000 gallon reservoir. 3-in. dry break valve system. 4.) For personnel: Personal Protective Equipment (Tyvek suits, gloves, goggles, and respirators) included. (5) Includes flow meter.

Transfer system to support dispersant operations. Transfers dispersant chemical from barrels to a portable reservoir where the dispersant can be further transferred to an application system (ADDS or helicopter spray bucket.)

Berms are set up to contain drips and spills during transfer operations. One side lets down to allow forklifts in with barrels of dispersant. Barrels are pumped into reservoir for consolidation allowing rapid reload of ADDS Pack with the 3-in. centrifugal pump.

Includes 2 open top tanks, storage capacity 3000 gal. ea., PPE.
