Product Description (English)

2,400 gallons (57 barrels, 9 metric tonnes) lightweight, portable storage tank. Aluminum structure with polyester fabric coated with polyvinyl chloride. Includes: cover, ground mat, decant pump and liner. Packaged in reusable plastic container.

Product Use

Temporary shoreside storage for recovered oil in support of skimming operations and in the emptying of 55-gallon drums of dispersant in support of dispersant spraying operations.
 

Operational Considerations

Tank should be erected on level ground. Ensure that ground mat is placed under the tank to protect it from abrasion. Assembles and dis-assembles in minutes. Tarp like cover used to keep rain water and debris out of the reservoir. Container has handles which allow carriage by two persons.
