Weir/Suction Skimmer Peristaltic Pump System

Peristaltic Pump w/ weir and manta ray heads, and suction and discharge hose. Two systems packaged in one K-4.

Lightweight Desmi weir skimmer and Manta Ray skimmer with 2-in. peristaltic pump, 25 ft./8 m. of suction and 40 ft./12 m. of discharge hose per system. Each pump delivers a flow rate throughput of 115 GPM; derated capacity 788 BPD (112 metric tonnes). Wagon cart included for ease of moving equipment. Two systems in each K-4 container. K-4 temporary storage included with capacity 552 gal./13 bbl./2 m3.

For removing light and medium oil from water surfaces. Pump has excellent suction lift of viscous fluids and transfer operations.

Components may be removed from the container and put in wagon to transport to site. Skimmer heads are limiting factor for viscous product recovery.

2 pumps in each container w/one Desmi Weir Skimmer and one Manta Ray. K-4 shipping container has liner for temp storage (552 gallons/13 bbl/2 tonnes).
